paradise chef Marisa Gerlach is passionate about food for its guests. Every product we use has a history, a story behind it. For example, Aqua Farm is a small local sustainable seafood place in Southern California. Marisa

Born in Mexico City, Richard Sandoval grew up surrounded by Mexican culture and food. His father, a successful restaurant, bred in him a passion for cuisine of his heritage and art of hospitality. Mon live in California, where he learned Sandoval ingredients indigenous to the area to appreciate, he enrolled at Culinary Institute of America. After graduation, Sandoval returned to his fathers kitchens, the kitchen floor of his home country.
